process engineer

1. Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure both efficiency and quality meeting target set by Management.

2. Ensure the process/ equipment of each product fulfil customer requirement(s).

3. Jointly develop, with the requisite quality engineer, protocols, procedures and reports for a quality improvement.

4. Verify on each process from Raw Material until End Product are according to procedure set.

5. Lead production team in problem solving and implement quality checking method to lift up quality awareness to prevent over killing issue, escape of defect product& sensitivity of quality in first build.

6. To support on training to production personnel in terms of quality and requirement.

7. Oversee of processes to maintain optimization of production line, & eliminate Non-Valueadded processes.

8. Lead the Kaizen(Continuous Improvement) activities through adopting Lean Manufacturing concept.
