Job Responsibilities:

• To interpret and apply specifications when formulating processes to ensure product is in conformance with all customer requirements, and Quality System procedures are followed.
• To provide and maintain Process Planning Sheet (PPS) with adequate information based on the technical data package from customer.
• To develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product requirements, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
• To coordinate manufacturing and assembly process review with production and quality engineering personnel for new project/package to ensure compatibility and compliance of the processing method.
• To maintain configuration control internal procedure including configuration change management.
