Process Engineer II

Responsibilities

To ensure operational continuity and asset reliability across the plant by optimizing maintenance processes and statistical controls. The goal is to guarantee that machinery operates at peak capacity, meeting all quality and safety standards, while minimizing unscheduled downtime and reducing the total cost of production.

• Identify material behavior and process performance patterns.
• Collaborate with the Planning department to project process capacities and quality standards.
• Monitor and supervise process variables.
• Identify signals that cause process variation.
• Implement controls to improve Process Capability (Cp).
• Center the process using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Define Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters within the assigned process area.
