The Process Engineer uses engineering principles and techniques to maintain and improve the plant manufacturing process. The Process Engineer is focused on continuous improvement in process quality and cost.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Develops & executes continuous improvement plans for the manufacturing process.
+ Provides technical process support to the operations and maintenance groups including problem solving & troubleshooting.
+ Identifies & implements process controls.
+ Maintains product standards and leads continuous improvement process to improve yield & performance.
