Diffusionプロセスにおける装置エンジニアとして、最新鋭装置の迅速な導入、CIPハードウェア評価、そして現在のTechnode／次世代Technodeへの導入に必要なタイムライン管理に関わる改善活動のサポートが求められます。設備／ファブサポート／ガス＆ケミカル／OMT／グローバルチームなど、様々な関係者と良好な連携を築き、様々な装置のセットアップや改善作業を行うとともに、次世代Technodeにおける最新鋭装置の開発について、技術開発チーム（TD）との継続的な連携も不可欠です。最小限の指示のみで独立して業務に取り組み、プロジェクトを期限内に完了し、設定された目標を達成することが期待されます。
