Your tasks
The main responsibility is to take care of the production line:
- Optimize production technologies in terms of quality, time and cost.
- Responsible for ensuring that the technologies under his/her charge produce electronic modules according to the global guidelines for the introduction of technologies within Continental Plants.
- Leader in the implementation of Continental technical standards applicable to Front End technologies.
- Comply 100% with the continuous improvement of the key performance indicators of the technology (KPI: key performance indicator), for example: DPMO's, FTP, cycle time, 0 km failures, warranty failures, SCRAP, etc. for the assigned technologies.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Mechatronic, Electronic, Mechanic or similar Engineering
- Intermediate-Advanced English
- Experience:
- 5s
- SPC: Training, Process Capability
- IATF
- Project Management
- Structured Problem Solving
