Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Address production and process bottlenecks for better output, greater stability, and improved environmental aspects.
Define production conditions for new or modified installations, under the supervision of the Senior Process Engineer.
Regularly monitor parameters relating to plant operation.
Conduct sequential interventions and prepare clear and concise written and oral reports on work undertaken.
Reduce energy consumption, heat, and power.
Investigate the root cause of process issues, including mass & heat balance and process fan audits.
Monitor and track production/process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Plan and supervise shutdown process activities
Participate in process modifications.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure clinker and cement meet specifications.
Ensure process operations comply with environmental and safety regulations.
