Requirements

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in SMT manufacturing processes or electronic industrialization.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Process Engineer (Electronic Boards).
  • Solid knowledge of screen printing, automatic placement, reflow profiles, and SMT soldering.
  • Familiarity with AOI/AXI, SPI, and acceptability criteria according to IPC‑A‑610.
  • Experience in process defect analysis and quality tools (ISHIKAWA, 8D, Pareto).
  • Fluent technical English (minimum B2).
  • Analytical, methodical profile, focused on quality and continuous improvement.
