Job Description

  • Ensure mass production yield in meeting target set by Management. In the occurrence where yield dropped, he/she must spear head the troubleshooting and evaluations activities to tackle the root cause and must be able to provide action plans. This may include to work with other related departments to formulate the best solutions.
  • Prepare progressive report (if necessary) and keep track of all evaluation/ improvement activities conducted on the line. He/she must keep track of all the activities through EEN or ECN monitoring or any relevant tracker.
  • Initiate cost reduction activities to ensure organization is staying competitive in the market. Cost reduction activities may relate (but not limited to) process cycle time reduction, manpower reduction, process lead time or thru put time reduction or material direct/indirect cost reduction.
