Process Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing labor standards, operating procedures, and equipment data at BOCJuárez. Engineering shall also provide technical support to the manufacturing organization to achieve the overall manufacturing goal of consistently producing quality low‑cost products.

Make strategies to validate new equipment and capital projects, create CRs, IQs, OQs, PQs, and software validations.

• Develop new manufacturing processes, maintain Safety, Quality & Efficiency.
• Analyze Quality and Productivity trends to identify Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, manage most crises.
