Job Description

We are looking for a Process Improvement & Transformation Analyst to design, analyze, and optimize end-to-end processes to enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and both customer and employee experience.



This role plays a key part in operational and digital transformation initiatives across multidisciplinary environments. You will partner with Operations, Customer Service, Back Office, Finance, IT, Risk, and Compliance to drive simplification, standardization, automation, and governance across core processes—particularly within insurance (Life preferred) or high-volume financial services environments.



**Process Discovery & Diagnosis**



+ Lead process discovery activities through interviews, workshops, and documentation analysis.

+ Map current-state (As-Is) processes using BPMN 2. and/or Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste, bottlenecks, handoffs, and rework.
