Job Description

负责聚焦工厂的工艺工程项目的规划、整合和完成。职责包括估算工具和生产成本，工具和模具设计和维护，操作人员培训，持续改进，以及降低工艺/制造成本。此外，工艺工程师要进行工艺鉴定，建立所有关键工艺参数的工艺控制，支持工艺开发，并推动改善工艺的稳定性，以提高产量和降低成本。该职位将向聚焦工厂负责人和工厂工程经理汇报。

Key responsibilities:

  • Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Implements process improvements in areas of operating efficiency, equipment set up/changeover, capacity, new technology, and equipment layout.

  • Coordinate with production and maintenance the ongoing acquisition and maintenance of equipment, tooling, and gauging.
