Process Engineer

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Process Engineer I  is responsible for achieving the highest level of reliability for plant equipment through committed support for the Global Performance System (GPS), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and strong ownership of the Maintenance Excellence process within the plant.  The Engineer will have a challenging variety of responsibilities to lead and support the 5S/Daily Team Maintenance (DTM) pillar.  The 5S process is utilized to organize and maintain the workplace environment to increase productivity and safety, reduce waste and eliminate non value-added activities.  DTM will ensure the proactive prevention of equipment breakdowns and off-quality and result in process continuous improvement, reliability, stability and sustainable results.
