About the role
We are seeking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Acbel Polytech (Phils.) Inc.'. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising our manufacturing processes and ensuring the efficient production of our high-quality products. This is a full-time position based in Calamba City, Laguna.
What you'll be doing
- Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes related to Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and laser marking systems to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
- Establish and fine-tune AOI inspection programs, parameters, and defect classification standards to improve detection accuracy and reduce false calls.
- Set up and optimize laser marking parameters (power, speed, focus, pattern alignment) to ensure clear, permanent, and compliant markings.
- Conduct process validation, qualification, and capability studies (CPK, GR&R) for AOI and laser marking processes.
