Process Engineer / (Cable Manufacturing)

In this role, you will support optimization of new manufacturing processes for cable core and assembly manufacturing. This role involves hands‑on participation, troubleshooting, product build and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document manufacturing processes that support the manufacture of cable core and final assemblies. Including, but not limited to equipment installation, development and documentation of machine settings, development and fabrication of necessary fixtures, dies, tooling that ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Provide hands on support to manufacturing team at startup, troubleshooting and process/machine optimization.
• Analyze existing processes workflow, equipment and tools for productivity improvements, scrap and cost reduction.
• Perform process validation, collect data as required by internal standards and quality/compliance requirements.
