Process Engineer

Job Description

· Ensure all product processes are well executed and improved prior approval and communicate to all related departments.

· Ability to identify all the issues and/or potential problems that might arise in the products processes.

· To consistently find way to improve existing and new products and machine processes to increase products efficiency and to reduce scrap cost effectively.

· To lead and perform evaluation/failure analysis on products and processes by using appropriate techniques such as PFMEA, Mistake proofing, Project management, 7QA tools, and etc.

· Ensure all the prepared and updated production work instructions/all process documentation are well recorded.

· To perform and ensure all machine, jigs and fixture buyoff for production have been well executed and recorded.

· To verify and ensure all evaluation reports are accurate and comply to our standard procedure/customer specific requirements.
