Within the L5 Component Repair Insourcing Program, the Process Engineer – Machining will be responsible to manage and lead all the technical & operational activities linked with Machining Equipment's, industrialization, programing within the Port Klang (Malaysia) shop.
The Process Engineer will report to the Process Engineering Manager.

Essential Responsibilities
Machining (Turning, Milling, Grinding, Drilling, EDM). Become an Aero Alliance technical reference point for all the machining processes.
Programming: Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs to machine complex parts efficiently and accurately.
Define Engineering Spec to purchase Equipment, as per routings defined by Repair Engineering.
Technical selection of Farm-out company to support business continuity plan and manage load peaks.
Documentation: Writing and maintaining accurate records of machining processes, inspections, maintenance, programming changes and...
