Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledgeable in WIREBOND, DIE-ATTACH, MOLD, DTFS, LASER MARK, NPI, DIE PREP process.
  • Knowledgeable in 7QC tools, FMEA, 8D, Control Plan, SPC.
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be flexible, have strong tolerance for stress
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule if necessary
