Process Engineer

At Lutron's Austin Manufacturing Facility, we’re seeking a hands-on onsite Engineering Process Owner to lead and elevate the Ketra advanced packaging line—the heartbeat of our high-performance, full-spectrum lighting technology. In this highly visible role, you’ll become the expert on the Ketra product, mastering the assembly and testing processes from advanced packaging through downstream operations. You’ll dive deep into precision equipment like LED/Die attach machines and wire bonders, understand the quality standards that ensure flawless performance in the field, and apply manufacturing best practices within a cleanroom, high-precision environment. As the primary stakeholder for emitter line performance, you’ll lead from the front—owning results, developing a process technician, and coaching line leaders and operators—while interfacing directly with engineering, operations, and company leadership.
