Job Summary:
Automation Design & Implementation
Design and implement automated solutions, including robotics, conveyors, vision systems, AIV/AGV routes, machine interfaces, and process control systems.Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, and related automation equipment.Create system layouts, wiring diagrams, process flows, and integration documentation.Lead automation commissioning, testing, and validation activities.Process Improvement & Optimization
Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for automation or semi-automation.Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance safety.Optimize cycle times, material flow, and equipment uptime through data analysis and root-cause problem solving.Project Management
