As an expert in human capital and time management, you will ensure the seamless integration of technology and business process and collaborate across multifunctional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. You will take end‑to‑end ownership and ensure delivering maximum value for our customers and ASML as a whole.

Role and responsibilities

As a process and digital solutions expert for human capital and time management, you will join our dynamic Process & Technology team in the Capability Center of the new ASML Business Services organization (ABS). In your function, you will translate business needs into clear functional and technical direction, support shaping the product roadmap, and guide multidisciplinary teams toward high‑quality, scalable outcomes.
