Process Development Specialist

SUMMARY

We are hiring a Process Development Associate to support cell therapy manufacturing activities in Singapore.

⚠️ This role requires hands-on 2D mammalian cell culture experience.

Open to Research Assistants, Biotechnologists, and Manufacturing/Upstream Associates with hands-on experience in 2D mammalian cell culture and exposure to bioreactor or process development environments.

This is a hands-on position focused on executing 2D cell culture and mid‑ to large‑scale bioreactor processes, while supporting process scale-up and technical transfer to CMOs within a GMP manufacturing environment. The role offers exposure to end-to-end manufacturing operations, including upstream processing, scale-up, and tech transfer for a commercial-stage cell therapy product.
