Job Purpose:

The Process Development Specialist is responsible for developing manufacturing processes for new products as part of the design transfer. This includes programming with CAM systems, setting up and optimizing CNC programs, and ensuring high-quality production standards. The role also involves process improvements, technical documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize CAM programming for -axis milling and turning centers.

  • Provide technical support for new process implementation, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.

  • Ensure product and process quality, adhering to operational and material specifications.

  • Support project and process engineers in developing manufacturing workflows and conducting process studies (DOE, DFM/DFI).
