Main Responsibilities

  • Develops and optimizes wafer process for new product and next-gen device study, such as lithography, etching, film deposition, metallization and related measurement and analysis.
  • Responsible for process integration for new product and next-gen device, defining process flow and individual process condition, which are applicable to mass production.
  • Supports device fabrication trial for new product development utilizing mass production line.
  • Responsible for introducing new or alternative process technology, which contributes to drastic improvement in cost, yield, fab efficiency, and so on.

    • Qualification & Skills

  • BSc, MSc, PhD degree in electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related equivalent technical field.
