Job Summary:
Join our Cooler Integration Team as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer, where you’ll own and improve critical production processes from development through execution. You’ll partner with design engineering on new product launches, troubleshoot issues through failure analysis, and drive continuous improvements in yield, quality, and cost. This is a hands-on, high-impact role blending creativity, problem-solving, and technical expertise in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Do:
Own and develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, and improvementsDiagnose defects and lead corrective actions with Quality and Engineering teamsSupport production, training, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally on tooling, testing, and new product introductionsUse data and lean methods to optimize performance and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For:
