Job Description

Stora Enso Anjalankoski Oy, part of Stora Enso’s Cartonboard business, seeks a Development Engineer for a long‑term position to develop post‑processing functions at our paper plant.

Responsibilities

  • Systematically develop the safety, quality, delivery reliability and production efficiency of post‑processing in cooperation with the operating manager.
  • Ideate, design, and lead new development projects for the post‑processing department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent engineering degree (AMK, YAMK, DI).
  • Understanding of maintenance systems such as automation.
  • Ability to develop processes using performance indicators.
  • Experience with Lean thinking, continuous improvement or similar methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Finnish and English.
