Job Description

Stora Enso Anjalankoski Oy - paper and cardboard manufacturing – seeks a Development Engineer for our cardboard plant to advance post‑processing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Systematically develop post‑processing safety, quality, delivery reliability and production efficiency in partnership with the operator manager.
  • Generate ideas for new development projects, develop the post‑processing department and lead development projects.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (AMK, YAMK or DI).
  • Understanding of maintenance – e.g., automation systems.
  • Ability to develop operations using key performance indicators.
  • Experience with Lean thinking, continuous improvement or similar improvement models.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Finnish and English.
