POSITION SUMMARY
The Process and Data Coordinator supports operational excellence initiatives by coordinating process improvement activities and assisting in the management of process and data analysts. This role is responsible for mapping, analyzing, and improving processes, as well as supporting the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
The position works closely with technical and business teams to ensure alignment with operational standards and best practices. Additionally, the role supports the analysis of operational data to identify trends, track performance, and contribute to the preparation of reports and dashboards for management.
