Role Summary

The Process Coordinator keeps the pipeline moving by managing candidate touchpoints and scheduling logistics. This role is communication-heavy and requires comfort with calls, structured follow-up, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach and follow-up via phone, voicemail, SMS, and email
  • Keep candidates informed on next steps, timing, and expectations
  • Coordinate calendars, confirmations, and reminders for scheduled calls
  • Track outreach efforts and outcomes in our systems with clean notes
  • Identify bottlenecks (no response, scheduling issues) and take action to resolve them
  • Share quick status updates and maintain operational visibility
