Process Coordinator – Repairs Team
Metso is seeking a Process Coordinator to join our Repairs Team. The role manages and controls repair receiving, identification and release processes.
Location: Alrode, Gauteng. Reports to: Repair Centre Manager – Africa.
Responsibilities
- Receive delivery notes and open repairs receive forms.
- Identify components, allocate reference numbers, and determine proper part numbers.
- Select bill of materials, evaluate scope for strip process and issue strip instructions to vendors.
- Evaluate and negotiate standard rates for strip/clean/inspection costs with vendors.
- Receive inspection reports, evaluate reports, and identify correct BOM for each component.
- Send all repair scope and planning documents, manage document control, and release notes for quality and invoicing.
- Maintain on‑time delivery with correct material, parts, and quality.
