REQUISITOS IMPRESCINDIBLES:
Managing IT assets: utilizing CMDB tools efficiently.
Understanding IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions within the Public Cloud, Workplace and Service Desk services.
Experience in Incident Management, Request Management, Change Manegement, Prolem Management, Config Management and Knowledge Management
Proficiency in managing ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, is a key requirement of the position.
Creating reports within ServiceNow is part of the responsibilities.
Mastery of ITIL processes—including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management—is imperative.
English proficiency level of C1.
