Process Controller

Job Summary:

Checks and inspects the quality of incoming and outgoing products. Monitors the production processes and ensures that product produces comply with quality standard, guidelines and tolerances.

Scope and Responsibilities:

1.    Conducts daily inspection and testing activities throughout production process. Then, records the results of inspections through test reports.

2.    Reports any discrepancy in production guidelines and tolerances to Production / QA/QC Supervisors / QA/QC Manager.

3.    Maintains the proper handling and usage of inspection, measuring and test equipment.

4.    Monitors and identifies visual defects / rejects during production processes.

5.    Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Education and Training Requirements:
