The Process Controller is responsible for developing and maintaining Statistical Process Control (SPC) weight sheets to monitor product compliance. This role ensures the calibration and proper functioning of scales and other measuring equipment, conducts thorough inspections at all stages of production, and inputs and maintains test data digitally for efficient review and analysis.

+ Ensure calibration and proper functioning of scales and other measuring equipment.
+ Conduct inspections at all production stages, verifying ingredient part numbers and descriptions align with the formula.
+ Input and maintain test data digitally using a tablet.
+ Complete mass balancing checks at least twice per shift.
