About the Role: We are looking for a Process Control Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in transforming R&D-developed processes, formulations, and prototypes into stable, scalable, and repeatable mass production systems. .
Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Cavite)
Work Shift: Day Shift
Responsibilities:
Translate R&D concepts into production-ready processes and systems
Support process scale-up, optimization, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, yield, and consistency
Design, integrate, and support production-ready equipment and automation systems
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems
Work with PLC-based automation, motor controls, and industrial control systems
Handle instrumentation, sensor calibration, and process monitoring
Support high-voltage systems, power distribution, and electrical safety protocols
