Process & Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator

What You'll Do:

* Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
* Analyse operational performance data to identify trends, losses and improvement opportunities
* Work collaboratively with production, engineering, quality and supply chain teams to improve processes and efficiencies
* Facilitate problem-solving activities and root cause investigations
* Support standardisation of processes, procedures and operational best practices
* Assist in the delivery of projects focused on waste reduction, productivity improvement and operational performance
* Monitor and report on improvement activities and key performance indicators
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the site
