Job Description
_The position of “Warehouse Process Coach – MP&L” is mainly to drive standardization and continuous improvement in the Ford Production System. Teams have to provide a synchronous flow of materials to customers at an affordable cost while building strong organization to the next level._
**_Safety, Quality & Productivity Management_** _– Coach Safety, Quality, and Productivity through standardized work, Process Confirmation, and Andon response to ensure smooth, safe, and quality-driven line operations._
**_Continuous Improvement & Innovation Leadership_** _– Drive Continuous Improvement and innovative problem-solving by leveraging data analysis and dashboards to identify issues and enhance process efficiency at the lowest level._
**_Material Flow & Warehouse Operations_** _– Manage daily material handling and ensure smooth material flow from marketplace to production line, applying lean and innovative practices aligned with the Ford Production System._
