Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor for Final Assembly is responsible for leading and coordinating the technical team to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability within the Trim lines. The primary focus is to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets by minimizing downtime through the effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance according to the Ford Production System (FPS).


Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field).

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in maintenance within the automotive industry (preferably in Final Assembly areas).
  • Proven experience leading work teams (technical).
  • Technical Skills

  • Automation & Control: Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLCs (Studio 5000), industrial networks (Ethernet/IP), and Variable Frequency Drives (PowerFlex).
