Job Description

JOB MANDATE

The Process Automation Manager is responsible for leading automation initiatives across business units and subsidiaries by delivering the following:

  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Develop automation strategies using tools such as RPA, Citizen Development, workflow automation, and AI technologies.

  • Align solutions (process, people, and technology) with the target operating model.

  • Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Plan and manage business roll-outs.

  • Monitor and track business value delivered.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews covering scope, time, budget, lessons learned, and residual risks.
