The Process Automation Lead will define and drive the organization's technology vision, architecture, and execution strategy, owning end-to-end technology across platforms, products, infrastructure, data, security, and digital transformation. This role ensures that technology enables business growth, scalability, and efficiency, while acting as a strategic partner to the CFO, Operations Lead, and the leadership team.

Note: Candidates with experience in KPO / BPO / Banks are not to be considered.
