Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Title Search on US properties using public records
- Review and analyze deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and tax records
- Identify ownership history and any title defects or encumbrances
- Accurately summarize findings as per client guidelines
- Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT)
