Process Architect – Project-Based | Hybrid | Taguig City

We're hiring a Process Architect to lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple functions. This role is ideal for a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt professional with strong experience in process optimization within the financial, banking, or insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives
  • Identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Design process architecture, value stream maps, and customer journey maps
  • Support regional initiatives and track KPIs/results
  • Conduct data analysis, hypothesis testing, and cost-per-unit calculations
  • Implement DMAIC, PDCA, and FMEA frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 3 years' experience in process improvement/transformation
