What you'll do
Assist process owners to develop / finalize their standard operating plans. - Completion
Operations performance monitoring and compliance to set standards - Start Q3 2023
Organize / Spearhead weekly and/or monthly meeting with Operations to review their performance
Perform regular, periodic process audit to ensure all processes are aligned with the set standards.
Submission of progress report on new and existing projects - weekly report
Provide technical support to come up with solutions, corrective actions to client issues - As needed
Amendment of Standard Operating plan to update, incorporate process improvements. - As needed
Review of Clients (master) operating plans - As needed
