You will establish , guide and monitor operations compliance to the required and agreed Quality Standards.
What you'll do
Assist process owners to develop / finalize their standard operating plans. - Completion Q3 2023
Operations performance monitoring and compliance to set standards - Start Q3 2023
Organize / Spearhead weekly and/or monthly meeting with Operations to review their performance - Start Q3 2023
Perform regular, periodic process audit to ensure all processess are aligned with the set standards. - Start Q3 2023
Submission of progress report on new and existing projects - weekly report
Provide technical support to come up with solutions, corrective actions to client issues - As needed
Amendment of Standard Operating plan to update, incorporate process improvements. - As needed
Review of Clients (master) operating plans - As needed
