Process and Equipment Engineer (Plasma/Laser Grooving)

Responsibilities

• 1)Able to generate engineering documents/reports (e.g. 8D, OCAP, FMEA, WI, Process Flow)
• 2)To do Corrective Action Plan & address the customer complaints by 8D methodology with team work, update the learning into FMEA/CP.
• 3)Oversee EOL/back-end processes to ensure that each process operates in full compliance within the customer specs & requests; and evaluate for improvement/s.
• 4)Provides disposition on lots by checking and verifying the affected units based on specs and criteria, and generate corrective action.
• 5)Analyse test results, detect issues and trace root causes that are found during testing.
• 6)Ensure test result within the specs requirement according to specs provided by costumer
• 7)Perform disposition of test failure and feedback to customer to get a final disposition before release the machine or lots to productio...
