Job Purpose:
The Process and Analytics Manager's role is crucial in managing both process development and improvement and analysis management. The Process and Analytics Manager will manage and optimize development and improvement of business processes that are aligned to the company's signature customer experience and business goals. To create standard metrics and KPIs for speed, quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency to improve customer experience and business units' revenue as well as strategies for effective data analysis and reporting who will lead and develop a team of Process Engineer and Data Analyst.
