- Map and document all organizational processes, including as-is and to-be states.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps.
- Develop and recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and operational needs.
- Monitor process performance, define KPIs, and generate actionable insights and reports.
- Produce clear and structured process documentation to support Knowledge Managers and Process Coordinators.
- Partner with the Automation Specialist to identify and automate optimized processes.
- Support process governance by ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement standards.
