Core Responsibilities
Map and document all organizational processes, including as-is and to-be states.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps.
Develop and recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and operational needs.
Monitor process performance, define KPIs, and generate actionable insights and reports.
Produce clear and structured process documentation to support Knowledge Managers and Process Coordinators.
Partner with the Automation Specialist to identify and automate optimized processes.
Support process governance by ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement standards.
