Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of financial statements
- Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations during internal and external audits
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Communicate effectively with management, auditors, and other stakeholders on financial matters
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgeting processes
