Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations, or any related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in process analysis, business process mapping, or workflow design.
  • Experience within IT, shared services, BPO, banking, SaaS, or corporate operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of process documentation standards, governance, and controls.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quantify inefficiencies and justify process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, documentation writing, and stakeholder management skills.
