Process Analyst

We are partnering with a leading Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Process Analyst. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the Department’s AI adoption program by designing, documenting, and improving governance and operational processes for AI initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes and governance frameworks for AI adoption across the Department.
- Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for automation, risk mitigation, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define process requirements, success criteria, and key performance indicators for AI initiatives.
